    I took a few of the snakies out to play in the sun for a few minutes today. The primary reason for doing this was to get good shots for color comparison in natural light. I think some turned out pretty well, so I thought I'd share a few.

    Thanks, y'all. :) It was gorgeous outside today, but the high was only 69F so they were only outside for less than ten minutes for me to snap the pics. I'll bet it was colder in Maine, though -- one good reason you won't catch me moving there! Hanover actually relaxed and started exploring, as did the others, but it's harder to get a good pic of an active snake than a still one ;)

    Thanks Rusty! The sun really brings out their colors. Hopefully when I move I'll be in a house that has a yard less prone to filling with mosquitos and will be able to take them outside more often.
