Fire x Wild Type or so i thought .....

ill be honest im struggling a little to pin down what these are

the paring was a fire x normal so fires and normal should have been the out come but so far he has produced 2 similar clutches i bought him before his previous clutch hatched and saw the neonates at a meet

my thoughts are the fire is Possibly a fire-belly just not sure with the granite looking effects on some of them ?

just wondering what explains the granite markings 2 of them have

along with the YB markings

No 3 is a good example

shattered pattern to sides of ventral scales , flames , granite dots in alien heads

or am i just loosing the plot

They can vary alot. Busier fires have wacky patterns sometimes and flames are a trait of fires so that normal.

You would know if you had a fire yb, theyre much brighter and have much more blushing.

Fires almost always have heavy speckling on the sides.

Pics of the Dam's belly would help rule out yb...

cool beans ill just go with fires

probably the odds that threw me out i was expecting 1/2 at the out side 3 but to get 4 and a funky normal

shame they are all male ah well cant have it all i guess

No need for the dams belly pic, the male is a YB Fire. Hard to tell yet for sure, 3 and 4 I think are YB Fires, but I am unsure about 1 and 2.

hmm well if thats so could explain why i keep thinking

2 fire something
2 YB
and an odd normal

when im looking at them

even to the point of getting my YB girlie's out to compare in the flesh
i must admit for a first clutch its been a bit of a head scratcher and i was only after a female fire lol

I'm not seeing YB anywhere in those :confusd: It's not unusual for fires to have that speckled granite like pattern. YB kicks in more flames and pattern change
