    do i need uv (UVB) light for my normal bp?anyone?:confusd:

    Nope! They are nocturnal. If you want to use a light for a display that is fine, but it doesn't need to be a special light.

    Here is the caresheet for ball pythons, please read it :)

    UV is not necessary for ball pythons as they are nocturnal.

    No UV needed, I think aaron(the serpent merchant) is doing a test to see if UV helps at all with their colors, with different lights(different types of uv lights).

    Most of us use belly heat if our ambient room temps are above 75º. You might need a low wattage heat lamp if your cool side is lower than 75º. If not, a UTH connected to a thermostat will be fine.
