The one that started it all!

Many years ago while dating my now wife and living in an apartment I was wanting a pet. Carrie convinced me that a Leopard gecko would be just the thing. So we trotted off to pets mart and pick the perfect little guy out we got all the things that you need for a Leopard Gecko, lights, hides, heat mat ect. He lived with me at the apartment through Hurricane Katrina, moved to my parents while saving for a wedding, and has been a constant companion for 10+ years. Tonight our old friend went to a better place. I believe that God created animals for people to enjoy and because of that he has a place for them. Spot will be sorely missed for a long Long time. People who think reptiles aren't real pets and never seen a grown man cry over a little lizard..He's been here through move's, tornado's, weddings, births, death's, tattoo's and scars. There's a big hole in our house tonight and it's yellow and black spotted..

I'm sorry for your loss. Its never easy loseing a member of the family. My heart goes out to you and your family.

Sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful little guy. People who dont have Leopard Geckos don't understand how much personality they have. I'm sure he will be missed. Hang in there.
