    Balls from specific areas
Does anyone know where I could find some information on what areas different morphs and "normals" come from?

:) I guess I was looking for something more specific. Like cinnamons were found in this area. I remember reading something that mentioned something about it but not like a detailed list or map.

I vaguely remember outback selling some wild caught "Ghana giants" or maybe it'd been farm raised.... Either way, there was some talk of the snakes from that area being larger

The only morph that I know of that was named after the area that is was originally found is the Enchi. The larger Ball Pythons that are mentioned above, I believe, are from a specific, desert region, but I don't remember the name. I'll see what I can find out...

I doubt anyone that knows would be willing to divulge that information...

The only thing i have ever heard of along that line is the sub-Saharan royals. I happen to be fortunate and own one. They are bred from the sub-Saharan region and tend to be larger than typical and often have big heads.

I was wrong. They come from a specific mountain region, and, as Kitedemon said, they are known as Sub-Saharan Royals, or Northern Regius...

Ghana giants may exist too, I don't know, I only know of the Saharans. There is little info available I would venture a guess if something unique looking was collected the collector would be interested in keeping that location private.

Yeah I guess just a different line if thinking. It would be interesting to see different localities of ball pythons. Size color patterns.
