    100g vs. 2600g
I thought it would be a fun idea to take a few shots of my largest BP next to my smallest.
The snakes I used were "Eagan" the 2600g normal female and "Ifrit" the 100g fire male.

After they settled down on the floor I snapped these pictures and its amazing the difference between the two.
I havnt owned a 100g snake in a looong time so i love my little fire. :) Kinda wish they stayed that small sometimes. :P
    Well I hope you enjoy!

It's hard to believe mine will ever get that big. My biggest is only pushing 400g.
The rest are in 150g range.

    I hate the wait.:)

I love seeing these pictures. I wish more breeders would take pictures of their snakes as hatchlings and record their color change all the way to adult hood. I think it would be beneficial to other keepers to see the drastic changes from 100g to 1500g. Think about pewters and how much they generally change into adulthood.

Maybe you could do that with your fire, especially since they normally get lighter with age. Using the same reference item such as a dollar bill or something would help with perspective and using the same white background would show consistency in color.

    I'm just thinking out loud...

    Thanks for sharing.

It doesnt take too long! My snakes usually pack on about 50-100g a month depending on the snake. Watching them grow is half the fun. :P

I agree, I wish i had pictures of some of my snakes when i first got them compaired to an object. I think Im going to put the fire next to an object and do a 6 month then a year later photo. That will be really cool. I love those pics.
