which if any adult species of boa could be housed in? a 41 quart rack system.

Dwarf species such as Hod Island or Nicaraguan I think. Not Colombian or any of the "giants".

Edit: Be sure to keep boas and ball pythons separate...I only say this because I've seen your other threads and they are all on ball pythons. I would never keep boas and bps in the same rack system due to the IBD and paramyxo (and others I'm sure) risks.

What about dumeril Boas?
Also, you wouldn't keep boas and Bp's in the same rack, but what about in the same room? thanks "J"

Same room is fine if you get the boa from a reputable breeder, IBD is only transferred via some type of contact as far as anyone can tell, however paramyxo is airborne. If you get it from a great trusted reputable breeder the chances of that is slim.

And I believe any boid/boa species can carry both without symptoms for a very long time, and Dumeril's boas included. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

In baby boas IBD kills them just as fast as pythons. I have done tons of research on IBD and thats really what ive usually found.

However, adult boas can have it for a long time and not show it for a while.

i think most dwarf boas... but not Hog Islands.. idk about some of you guys, but my Hog Isle boy is about 5 ft long and pretty girthy (not fat tho) and theres no way he would fit in a 41 qt tub.

I house my female adult Nic boas in 41 quart racks.

+1 on the Dumerils. My 3 y/o male has just about outgrown his 64 quart tub and will soon be moved into a 4'X2' enclosure.

I will add Sand Boas to that list...
