    Figuring out multi-gene animals
This little guy is from a Yellow Belly Dream Bee to Super Stripe Breeding. At first I thought he was a Super Stripe Spider, but after a few sheds I am seeing a lot of Orange coming through... this is characteristic of the Orange Dream which gain color after a few meals.

I now suspect him to be a Super Stripe Dream Bee! Thoughts from those who have seen the Super Stripe Spider that Brian from ARS Cages produced?

This is just one example from this past season and I think it will only get worse in the coming years!

    Merry Christmas!

    Beautiful !

Love how the saturated yellow/orange is coming in like flames. Also like the head pattern, which reminds me a lot of my Bee's.

    Pretty little glow worm :)

I love how the yellow/orange creeps out on its sides. Like its radiating or something like that. :) Amazing!

    wow wow wow.

I agree that once you start plunking out animals with a half dozen or more different things going on, it can be difficult to tell.

I wholly suspect in the coming decade we'll see some people put animals up for sale and say "I don't know what this is, but it came from a super duper applebutter candy cane team laser explosion paired with a mega oval passion special fader david duchovney cracklespack hoolaboo. Whatever it is, it's a powerhouse of breeding potential, and pretty. $10,000 obo"

This gets ever more confusing as we uncover visual traits that are a bit less pronounced, especially when it comes to combos. I could see how if you hatched out one snake, it might be hard to tell whether it is a super pastel desert yellowbelly or a super pastel fire desert yellowbelly.. especially if you've never seen either before.

That bit about super duper applebutter candy cane, not to mention David Duchovny, etc., made me laugh pretty hard. Some of these snakes might as well be from the X-files for how complicated they can be to identify. All the more reason that good paperwork is necessary. : P

I'd be interested to see links to snakes that seem to be the same morph as this one, if anyone knows of them.

I don't care what it looks like, if it has a name like that, I want it.
