B) Get a Pastel Het female next year

Het for what? Pastel het clown is one I would want to get right now if I could but since I already have het clowns I would probably opt for an older het female.

It depends on het for what and wether you have a male for that female. For me anyway.

Het for what was my first question.

I'd say patience is a virtue, but if you have a het match already, you could get a jump start on getting your female to a good size.

While I have decided not to purchase any snakes until I have paid off my credit card bill (this is why I have so many snakes in the first place) I would vote to get a het female this year as I have a pastel. In the future I could produce homozygous animals and pair them with my pastel to make my own hets.

Het female now. You lose a year just for the Pastel gene... Which you could just buy a male with the Pastel gene in it instead. Heck, for the price, get TWO het girls this year.

Pastel het...all day long better in the long run to skip the makinging your own crap and just buy one..

Depends on what the het was het for and if I already had something lined up for that project or not.

The Pastel het would be sweet to as it seems like the combos are where it's at these days
