Re: Ball Python Eye problem
If the eye looks "crinkly" then it's most likely a humidity too low issue.
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
It definitely might be a humidity issue, or she may be getting ready to shed, in which case you would still need to bump up the humidity. It's hard to tell without a pic...

Re: Ball Python Eye problem
now i moved out of my home and i have a humid home yesterday ( i posted about this yesterday) should i just leave it or should i hidrate it with water or is there something esle i can do? is there a risk my snake is blind or is gonna be blind?
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
somebody please ? im really worried can anyone tell me if i need to do something to treat my snake, i cant provide pictures today , since i got her in a very humid enviroment will heal by herself or do i need to hydrate her eye? is my snake gonna be blind? is it an infection?
just the details again:
her eye looks like it has a piece of white skin covering a small part of her eye and the eye also looked crusty but got better now when i putted water on her eye.
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
Calm down.
The little white edge is pretty common, I am fairly certain that it is just a little bit of stuck shed. Should go away with the next shed.
Make sure your humidity is around 60-70%. Mist the enclosure if you need too.
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
Ditto to what Kaorte says, Pics would help but the crust with white line tells me it's stuck shed/ retained eye cap. Their are ways on here to remove it but I would just wait till the next shed it should come off, By chance do you still have here last shed
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
no this is not stuck shed else i wouldn't post about it. i have her shed and both eyecaps were removed during the shedding and her eyes were both fine after shedding. this happend yesterday and only one eye. i read somewhere on a website that that white line could represent an eye inflamation. will it hurt if i continue to put water on her eye with my finger? how can i know if she has an infection or an inflamation?
Re: Ball Python Eye problem
I don't see how putting water on it will help.
I remember other people having this same problem but I can't seem to locate the threads in which it was discussed.
Edit: does it look like this?
