    Time for a new hide??
Mona outgrew her XL Exoterra cave a long time ago, but still seems to think it fits... after a big meal tonight, I think even she was finding it a bit snug. :D

Maybe I'll fit better this way...

P.S. If any moderators notice the newspaper print, that's 100% legal here... sorry, but the free papers are filled with those ads. ;)

That hide size is actually perfect for that size snake. You will be able to use that for a long time to come still. Wait until they are under the hide and it is totally off the ground, and then wait some more, and then ''maybe'' you will need a bigger hide for your snake.

They do like a tight fit, huh? My little BPs are all lifting their (small exoterra) hides right now, but I figure they prefer it that way... weirdos. :rolleye2:

They are very silly creatures, aren't they? :P Mona's squeezed back into the cave now, and it's lifted about 1 inch off the ground - just as she likes it, LOL.

P.S. Can you believe how fat she is now?? All I gave her was a small rat and 1 adult mouse (leftover from Delilah), but it looks like she swallowed a guinea pig... :O

They do like it to be very tight. When I can tell it's time for a new hide is when I pick the hide up and they are still wedged in it while I am holding the hide up :)
