How do I identify a Fire morph from any other morph?
I think I may have found a fire morph being sold at a pet store. The coloration was definitely lighter than a normal. I'm having a hard time remembering what it looked like, so I'm going back today and see.

Anyways, what traits can I identify to distinguish it from any other morph?

There a lot of lighter normals that are not fires.

Fire are special, even if they look like lighter normals, they aren't. They create something special in combos cause of this, and create lucy.

Don't buy that one in the hope it's a fire, buy it as a light normal if you want, but if you want a fire, buy a fire. They aren't that expensive so.

Clear belly, black eyes, ghost like coloring.
Hard to believe one would be in a pet shop, but I've heard stranger things.

I took a trip to the pet store this afternoon and took pictures of the snake in question. They're hosted on my flickr. I don't know, what do you think?

If it's just a normal, then I'm not buying it. Suspicious pet stores don't usually sell healthy pets. Plus the All Animal Expo is in DuPage county where I live, I'll just visit one of the two upcoming expos in December.

    Good choice!
In that price range there is many morphs available.
Pastels, fires, yellow bellies, black pastels, cinnies, and numerous more can be had for around or under $200

Fires are still holding a decent price Havent seen any under $275 & that dirt cheap for what they can do in a breeding project.
