All of our pet rats are completely socialized. While we are home they have free range over the house, although they are rarely more than 3 feet away from us. They are worse than a puppy! They all know thier names and basic commands. A couple know more advanced tricks such as walking down my arm and giving the cashier money at the McDonald's drive thru and bringing thier kids ice cream cones or cookies back.

Thats weird that yours won't let you hold them, unless they are adults that have never been handled thier whole lives. Even our feeders will come up and beg for attention whenever we walk by.

FWIW, females tend to be a lot more indepenent than males.

Yep, adults. :hmm: I'm just not sure what to do with them now. I already know I'm going to have to purchase other females to breed because I refuse to breed aggressive/skiddish rats. It's just disappointing because I was told they were friendly and clearly they have NOT been handled at all.

Here's me n Cassie, you can't see her too well because of the stupid flash. She didn't really care for the flash either. My Spider, Vega, was far too jumpy and uncomfortable being handled to put him through that yet, so I'll let him relax for another couple weeks.

hahaha I fish year round fresh and salt water. Fishing is prob my all time favorite hobby besides keeping reptiles and drag racing.

haha boat no kayak and no ford at the track. i know ill catch stuff for this but honda and dsms are what I mess with and even those turbo neons aka srt-4s. as for the bikes i raced my gixxer for years before i wsa in a roll over car accident that put a halt on any motorcycle riding.

I let the boat go after a buddy took me up river during spawning season and a white bass run. I have NEVER seen fish that close from the big boat:O:O

i dont see many people fishing around her anymore :( our old boat broke lmao we are so freaking lucky our motor didnt fall off in the river the last time and our jet skis were sold but the biggest fish i caught was only 27 pounds and a nice cat :D its cool you guys ^ fish
