Which is the #1 reason I've avoided it completely. It's simply not a smart investment unless you have sufficient capital to get into it, and if you don't do your homework, you can quickly find yourself deep in red ink and losing more than just your rental properties.

here is the email I was lying about so you can look for yourself it was someone from
your clicky forum who obviously loves you and your crappy lies as far as me
sounding like I was going to cry very far from the truth I own 2 properties have
3 cars a inground swimming pool a travel trailer a son and a husband I'm sure
allot more than you can speak of I did not realize that the living conditions
for that snake were so bad I know nothing about snakes like I said I don't know
what it needs and if you want to call it just business you go right ahead there
is a reason I have all the things I have and it was not gotten by selling a
snake for an extra few dollars and what a bunch of snake lovers have to say
about certainly is not going to bother me I can guarantee you I am a far better
person than most of them I might not be saving snakes but every day I save a
human life and make it better in some way and I will take that over saving a
snake anyday so you can go ahead and think your making thi
s a better world by trying to con someone out of a snake and make everyone think your just trying to save
it when your just trying to make money off of it yourself and I will keep making
humankinds life a little better.

So while proving that you got an email from some coward on these forums you show yourself to be a liar AGAIN.

You told me in your email that your "expert" snake friend had come by and told you how much the snake was worth. So now it turns out you lied about that too. No one came by that afternoon someone emailed you. My goodness Kathy do you know how not to lie? Thank God I didn't do any business with you! Too bad for the snake, but oh well.

As far as all the "things" you have... Who cares? It's all gone in the blink of an eye. Oh and don't lie about saving lives everyday Kathy because I've been there and done that and trust me you're to mentally unstable to do anything in a SAR organization, or the Emergency Services field. Unless you mean billing in which case hell even I'd give you a job.

You're a stay at home mom. I got that from Craig's List too in case you're wondering. You know the "I need work" ad you posted.

But hey at this point where just throwing garbage at one another. Sorry it didn't work out. You clearly decided you didn't want me to have the snake which is fine. Stuff happens. Hopefully you either find a good home for it, or you spend some time learning how to take care of it. They can make amazing pets if handled properly.
