I don't think I could ever stand the drive from way up here in Ohio to Daytona with Mike. He's one of those "you should have peed BEFORE we left the house and I'm not stopping now" type drivers! ACK!

Daniel, that is very sweet of you to say. (untrue, but very sweet :giggle: )

Ansli the trip was definitely worth it! Maybe next year we can meet up and drive together, although that will add a lot more time to your trip. It was super easy to get there, and I get lost ALL the time. I have a deficient navigation gene. :rolleyes:

That was SOOO my trip to Daytona. Apparently I had more bathroom breaks than MeMe! Must have had something to do with all those bottles of water..... :oops:

I could not find the end of a road once.

The map looked pretty easy with minimal "turn left at .0067 miles past the 2nd green painted wal-mart" or some other insane thing.

My husband got directions once that included turn left at the dam store... I don't know if that will get edited, but it was a store right by the local dam. (in case that gets edited it was d@m - no cursing intended here!)

Jo, it wasnt that bad. whats 15 and 1/2 hours in a car on a longgggggggg road, when you know that road ends in daytona were you'll meet and talk to all the nice people on this site......well ALMOST all..:P
