See, it does go by quickly! :) So why does it seem like I'm moving in slo-mo since yesterday?? Good luck on those two! Did Eugene notice the others turning bad slowly, or did they go pretty quick?

Well three of us lol...me, Mike and Eugene but yes we worked hard to make it fair to all and safeguard all the humans and snakes as much as humanely possible. Breeding contracts are always risky for all parties concerned but we feel extremely confident in this one.

Hopefully Eugene will see this thread Lawrence and can tell you about the 3 bad eggs in more detail. I know from what he's said that he never saw veins at all except in the 2 good eggs.

the three that went bad never showed any veins and started turning in less ten days.

Can't believe we are on Day 47 by my count! Hatching is getting so close now. I swear I need to go grab a sleeping bag and camp out in Eugene's snake room!

Unfortunately neither egg ended up being viable. Both got too moldy and niether produced a living hatchling.

Awww Jo.... I'm so sorry! :hug: I know it's disappointing. I sure hope you have better luck this season!! You deserve it.
