Well the last normal piebald is mostly out of the egg and shows no sign of having any pixel pattern. The really high white one might have it (the splotch on its neck is odd) but it doesn't have enough color to show it off if it really does (I've also determined that it is pied not black pastel pied). The last egg doesn't seems as well developed as the others, it has not once poked its head out. I opened up the egg a little wider to make sure it wasn't twisted and it looks find just appears a few days behind in development. It has no signs of pixel either for what I can see but it's got a nice big patch of black pastel on it so I hope it make it out okay!

I have to admit I am disappointed that no one has the same awesome pattern as the father, however I do believe this is due to poor odds. Out of a clutch of I believe seven from his last owner only two of them had the pixel pattern (one much more so than the other).

I however not disappointed in having four (hopefully five) healthy and good looking little hatchlings! And I'm over the moon about my one black pastel pied with good color ratio and hopefully a second! A medium color black pastel pied is one of my dream snakes and now I have one (maybe two)!

I hope to have another adult female pied by next season and hopefully two clutches of pieds to help get a pixel yet!

Here is a cell phone pic of the black pastel as a treat for everyone being so supportive and patient with this reveal. :) I will get better pics when everyone is out with a real camera.

Amazing hatchling! I can't wait to see the others! Is it possible the pixelation or random dark scales will appear later as they mature?

I don't think so. He and the others like him were all hatched with thier pixel markings.

Thank you about this little one! I love him/her!
