Anyone in to biking?

I've been riding a little here and there for about 4-5 miles at a time and I just rode 26.4 miles! Went out with a group of friends and didn't know we were going that far OR that it would be on such difficult terrain. More hills than I care to remember lol.

If you aren't swearing out loud at the lactic acid in your legs, you haven't pushed it too far. :)

I was swearing from the way my Perinium was feeling. All I had was boxer-briefs and gym shorts lol.

Ouch. Been there, done that, no desire to repeat it. Get some proper bike shorts - it'll feel better, I promise!
