I hope my hair will be as lovely and long as yours is someday Kara! I love being able to do fancy braids and things with my long hair.. you're right, short hair just isn't versatile!

Hard to type it exactly from the pic, but your hair type looks similar to mine - medium thickness & texture, and pretty much straight w/a bit of body to it. I keep mine up or braided back most of the time, and *always* with jojoba oil & a tiny dab of leave-in conditioner in the ends. This helps to keep splits & tangles at bay, and lets me enjoy wearing it down when I want to.

You should experiment with some different updo's & braids to see if that helps control your locks - I think your hair is absolutely lovely!!! The color is especially pretty coupled with your skin tone. :partyon: :)

awww thankee! its not entirely straight though, if i put it back and it gets wet the front curls a bit. i do keep it braided usually, it is right now, whats jojoba oil? i think we have some leave in conditioner. should i onlu put it in after showers?

, i plan on going back to oz one day , it is truly one hell of an amazing country.
Everyone ive talked to who has been there says the same thing , "once you have been there its leaves something special with you" , i spent the most incredible three months of my life there, the aboriginie culture is second to none.
I came back with my very own dijeridu that i painted myself - first we went out with two Aboriginees guys.. (they were a great laugh , brilliant sense of humour, very dry ).. we had to find the right looking root which is already hollowed out by termites then we went back to base to sand them down and paint our own designs in Aboriginee style art , i went for a snake design :) we also tried wigetty grubs :D they were surprisingly quite nice :) , i recommend anyone to visit Austrailia and to defiantly visit Cape Tribulation that was amazing herping through rainforest at night , i cant wait to get back there! :D

Amazing adventure! :O That's toooo cool. (I'm JEALOUS)!!! :P I always said if I could go 1 place, that would be it. You know that one thing you wanna do before you die? I wanna dive (IN AN CAGE) w/ Great Whites. That to me would be the most humbeling experience in the world... one day *sighs* You got pix. of your insturment!?!?

The long hair thing...when I was a kid, I could sit on mine, but my mom got tired of trying to comb it, so whack! It's now a bit longer than shoulder length...and it still so easily dreadlock up. Meh.
