I thought about that, but I actually am having them shipped to my work. I would have them held but I am a dog groomer/manager so I'll be at work from 7am - 5 or 6pm depending on how my dogs are tomorrow. I'm bringing all the equipment I need to set them up right away (tubs, UTH w/ thermo) and am putting them in a quiet area so they won't be uncomfortable while I work. Updates will definitely be coming as soon as I get off tomorrow along with the video I'll be making of me opening the package, good or (knock on wood) bad.

If those animals arrive safely, I would do some serious QT. Anyone who handles that transaction the way he did probably doesn't have great husbandry practices. The way he shipped I don't think he has the animals best interest at heart.
That video of you opening the box is a great idea, btw.

Well, the package got here this morning. I'm having trouble uploading the video to youtube, but here's the jist of it. Package arrives, I take it in back, open it, see a nice white styrofoam lining and a lid with a hole punched in it. I open the lid and..... AIR. That's it, just air and some dust. I took the styrofoam out to see if maybe they got under it but, no, there was nothing whatsoever in the package. I'm so sick and numb right now I don't know what to do. I'll post the video if I can get it to go up on youtube.

What? Did he think you wouldn't notice an empty box?

Sorry you got scammed. Truthfully, I would be more sick if there was an animal in there. Hopefully you can find this scammer and get money or snakes out of them. So sorry.

I'm really sorry that you got scammed so badly. If it were me I would start a new thread on the BOI calling this person out for what they truly are. Since it was a trade you can't recover money, but you can try to make others aware so that he can't continue to scam. You have a good amount of info, and it's probably his real name as he has a Myspace and such under that name.
