Wish you a lot of strength!
I do not know you, but I always liked your posts and way of thinking, I hope and believe you will get over this (I lost my mom in january, so I know what pain means) but go on being a good guy!

Wow! I am completely shocked! I am so glad that both you and Jerome made it out ok and I am very sorry to hear about your losses! You both will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Hopefully you'll be allowed to enter the building soon.

Please update us when you can, Bruce.

I am a little late in posting, but my heart goes out to you Bruce, and I hope you are doing OK, and that you have somewhere to stay in the meantime while this mess gets worked out. Best of luck and I would love to help in any way I can.

I'm glad you both got out in time. It's a huge shock when something like this happens. People will say at least you got out but you will feel guilty for a bit as being a pet owner your going to feel responsible even though your not. When our house caught of fire I was really in shock for a long time.We lost all our pets but our cats who were smart and hid in the basement. We were homeless for over 6 months while our house was being rebuild. We did get through it even with losses of several pets.It took us 4 years to get more reptiles.

I am late in finding this thread, but I just wanted to send my deepest sympathies to you, Bruce, for this terrible loss. I am happy that you escaped the fire, and I can not even imagine how you are feeling. My thoughts are with you.
