Some sort of credit should have been given here.....I totally agree about that.
Dont use a pic and not share the info about the whos and whats.

Re: Super Cinny Piebald?
Not looking to create drama here. It's a fact - I have customers emailing us to check out a site we don't use (nor do we post on any forums - more for this reason really) because something rare we produced this year has been misrepresented and taken from our site without any notation of such.
Want to take our pics -fine. But it should be noted where they came from (or who produced it) and WHAT it is accurately. Not stolen and posted as something the poster knows VERY well it isn't.
Truthfully - we aren't sure whether to be flattered or pissed. But this isn't a good representation of people who legitimately want truth and accurate info on an industry they're passionate about. This is why new people find it sooo hard in this industry - because of people like the guy who stole and posted our pic.

Hi,
I sent you a Private message asking what you would prefer we do to resolve this - I will take care of it as soon as you let me know your choice. :gj:

Re: Super Cinny Piebald?
Why not watermark, or copywrite your images? If you have a legit business, your copywrite will be legit, and make it illegal for anyone to misrepresent or steal your pictures...

Re: Super Cinny Piebald?
I'd put a legal disclaimer on the bottom of your website. It would keep things civil, and light. You wouldn't need to ruin each picture with a copywrite...simply put something such as
That would settle things evenly, and make things fair. Honestly...just sit down, and breath for a second. Things will get handled properly if you remain respectful and calm :)

Re: Super Cinny Piebald?
Just to throw something else out there -- I don't know where Fireball found those pictures, but someone DID post these same pictures on the kingsnake forums recently for this same topic without mentioning where they were found. So it may be that Fireball didn't know where they came from to give proper credit.

Good point there Mook......
I agree with Cera on that too.....I put a thing on my site, every page. I am sure no harm was meant there either.....he was excited to find a pic of a snake that was in discussion and wanted to share. I think maybe a little added line on that post stating where the snakes came from and what it is would be good here.
