I talk to Kara often. She and Kevin will be attending the show, but will not have a table this year, and for two reasons - one is the large animal ban, and secondly - they just need a break this year. It's a LOT of work packing up your animals, transporting them, setting up in Daytona, worrying about them in transit, etc.

But again - they are COMING to the show - you can still meet them. When they do bring their ball pythons, the majority of the animals are ones that most of us can't afford anyway - so it's not like you're going to miss out on buying a ball python from them - you still can - just contact them directly. They're both awesome!

Adam attends the show each year, but has never had a table. He's never needed to have a table, and he chooses not to expose his animals to a show environment. Any time you do a show, you really should be quarantining the show animals when you get back, much as you do when you add new animals to your collection.

As Meme and others have said - the show is fun, but the after parties each night are the REAL reason to go to Daytona!

As much as I'd love to have a huge show in Atlanta, no vendor can sell non-venomous indigenous snakes to Georgia, so that pretty much elminates any corn vendors. The GA Herp Society puts on a pretty decent little show each year locally for those who are here in metro Atlanta.

Oh, and I think that Brian (BHB) is still going to be vending - he and I were "talking" on ReptileGeeks yesterday and he asked me to stop by his table and introduce myself.
