Yup, the tub has less ventilation then a tank. So if you spray, it will stay in longer.

Wow, that's probably the rudest and stupidest thing i've read in a while. simply because you do not like hybrids (unlike me, i am totally facinated with them) does not mean you have ANY right to trash someone else's interests. I hope kilo has fantastic babies one day and wouldn't mind making those awesome supers myself one day.
Re: Big Scare! (blood python pics)
I have to agree, And not just because Kilo is my brother! You have no right to trash someone else's snake like that! Didn't your mother ever tell you If you dont have anything nice to say, DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL That little girl and Kilo's little boy Kole will make beautiful super babies!

yep exactly , try without the humid hide 1st, in a tub with paper and heating, misting should do it along with the water dish/bowl.
regarding the opinions of hybrids thats all they are opinions dont get worked up thats the Mods jobs to sort out what is trash or not.
Each to their own but I do tend to think if you dont agree with something then your free to dissagree but often its best to just not say anything rather than make a flippant off the cuff remark. Why comment when its not a question in the thread ?
regardless lets get back on track eh ..........those bloods are ace snakes ...lol:D
I have to clean mine out shortly as they have crapped all over the place.

He started asking questions in the middle of the thread, and it evolved into someone suggesting a tub, then him asking about tubs. :/ Lol.

To straighten out the confusion
Bloody balls = blood x ball
Super balls = [bloodball cross x bloodball cross]
And bloods/short tail pythons can get rather heavy. I've held a short tail python female that was problaby 30 lbs (and not obese)...obviously, I didn't stand there holding her in my arms for very long. :P

aw, its like a fat....fat baby! *cuddle*
i still contend that i have never, never heard the term bloody balls and on the guy's sight he even refers to bloodxball as supers.
Re: Big Scare! (blood python pics)
True. I think they started out as being bloody balls and the name was changed.
Anyway, I think the Bloodball x bloodballs are refered to as F2 Superballs.
I just double checked The Complete Ball Python by Kevin McCurley, and the bloodxball hybrid is refered to as a superball as well.
Re: Big Scare! (blood python pics)
and the plot thickens :irkd: lol
