That is the second time I've heard of someone having a problem with them.

I ordered from them for the first time a couple of months ago, and was SO pleased. Thought I finally found a GOOD source.

Well, at least they are going to make it right for you. How could anyone forget to add the dry ice?

The bag was in the order were Ice was the vendor says it evaporated away and FedEx was suppose to deliver that last Friday so FedEx screwed up, I still have Faith in Big Cheese, for what is worth the rodents were a bloody mess . They are doing right by me that alone is worth alot to me personally. I have a tracking # ......

So Im excited to meet my King snakes, I'm sure everything is going to work out, if the need something the Vet will handle it plus It does give My Vet A base line in case God forbid your snake gets sick in the future.

I am now headed to Eugene the 100 mile mouse run, My Boas needed those hoppers and my new Kings need this size, Im going to cover my bases and leave nothing to chance. The kings might need smaller size I have Some Fuzzy in the Freezer . I don't like feeding live to I will bonk them I need to look that up. Off to the Big City I go.

My Vet just returned my call He ssys if everything is ok with my kings he sees no reason I can't have them in my home and my quarantine Room with my regular Protocol on new additions.
