i didnt even realize that till you pointed it out. thats just rediculous! whats the point in even voting? i may be a beer geek but im not a beer snob. i know that there are a lot of beers out there that people will like better than mine. but i'd much rather win by a vote of the public and not by a panel of beer snobs. :colbert:

bell's shouldve won and so should have troegs.

    so disappointed.

Thinking about some Innis & Gunn Rum Cask today. Anyone had the new Sam Adams Imperial Wee Heavy? It hasn't made it to Bama yet.

Yupper...they've been doing that "contest" for several years now...I stopped following it once I figured out how the voting works...kind of takes the fun out of it.

On a positive note...went beer shopping and picked up some tasty stuff...:D

My favorites right now are probably St Bernardus ABT 12, Dogfish head 90 min IPA, troegs Nugget Nectar, and Sierra Nevada Kellerweis Hefeweizen. Also like Dogfishhead's Midas touch for something different. The St Bernardus is probably at the top of the list for me right now. For having such a high ABV it's a really easy drinking beer.

Are you able to find the Namaste easily in your area? I have been searching EVERYWHERE down here with no luck. Even sites that I have found that ship beer never seem to have the Namaste available.

i love beer, but honestly i have only drinked Mexican beer, almost all from here: corona, sol, victoria, xx, victoria, barrilito, tecate, carta blanca, leon, bohemia, negra modelo, modelo especial, and some more of wich the best IMO is victoria and negra modelo, i have also tried foreign ones like the guatemalan gallo, heineken, a white cloudy bear from belgium wich i dont remember name, bitter spanish beer wich dont remember name, all of them but heineken were tasty, heineken for me is so ligth, dont feel the flavor, as you see im not gourmet, but i definitely love beer. wich american (usa) beer you suggest me?
