Thanks guys for the support. I am shocked myself.

I have moved my goal back to 140 .. hopefully by the end of the year, but for sure want to hit that. That will put me at 195 .. which for my build is fine with me, then .. maybe some toning. We will see. Just .. I want to feel better, and I do. Now for the fine tuning.

Congratz Sam! That's awesome that you set your goal and not only hit it, but SMASHED it. You're an inspiration to me, honestly. I'm sitting at 240 right now and want to get that extra 40 GONE. I've started going to the gym in the mornings when I can before work, but am about to start going at night when I can't make it in the morning. Ideally, I'd like to get rid of the 40 by my birthday at the end of next month, but I don't see that as a realistic goal. So as of now, I haven't set a time frame, just a goal to continue to work hard and eat right. Hopefully I can hit my extra 40 by the time you hit yours. :gj: Again, congratz. That's an amazing transformation!

Just an updated picture. Crappy I know, but I have been so busy with the family stuff that getting a great pic for before and after hasn't worked out.
