It's pretty transparent if you ask me, refer to my earlier post...

People pay to bid on *insert valuable thing here*
If you bid in the last 15 seconds, timer gets reset.
So I just make the timer reset constantly with an account owned by me, at 1 second left
once I feel pretty confident no one else is bidding on it, I win the auction.
Make fake customer testimonial about how I got my *insert valuable thing here* and im happy with it.
Rinse repeat. No *insert valuable thing here* needed.

First their friends win, they get called out on it, now the "3rd party software" won..... some how i think it's them making an account they control win, they screwed up and made it way to frickin obvious, so they say someone else rigged it, not them. Wait til they get smart and make it use a different account for each auction, then we will see the all the postive feedback they created themselves without moving an animal. If they were smart they would actually send a couple animals of and let a couple people win here and there. This scam is really easy to keep going. Almost wish I was that much of a low life, seems like easy money. damn morals....

I don't see how they can be defended or given the benefit of a doubt now, what are we on strike 9? It's just been one thing after another that screams scam scam scam....

I saw that, and really, why in the HELL would someone join facebook just to post on a website's wall? And they claim to want to be anonymous on the page, but somehow BallBids knows its a woman and a Elem. teacher? Yep. I smell a bot. :)

I would say you would have to be a moron to bot your own site when you could for effectively just make a function that does the same thing, since you have access to your own code. It honestly might be coded in there for no one to win but them or their "friends"

I think I'm changing my opinion..

At this point its clearly a scam, and people keep throwing them money.

If they can get money out of the hands of dummies when it is so GLARINGLY OBVIOUS that is a scam then who am I to stop them?

We really don't have to worry about them sending out sick snakes because nobody is really winning. Dumb folks are gonna lose their money everyday, we can never fix that.

My objection was with them actually selling snakes, but they are not, they just selling people dreams and nothing more. I truly don't believe any snakes are changing hands..

I can't help but find it difficult to believe that a female elementary school teacher would leave the following statement in the "about" section of her Facebook account.
It simply states "I am a penny auction bidder. My new favorite is Ballsbids.com"

So I was posting on thier page and the nrvgonestop guy was answering me, and when he posted my notifications box popped up saying that ballbids had just posted, but it was as nrvgonestop. So as soon as I posted about it my FB page was froze and when I got control again all my new notifications box was empty. THen Zack kept answering me as nrvgonestop, but he was still signed in as ballbids, to which he promptly deleted those postes and warned me to not slander. These guys are so stupid.

Everyone needs to go to there facebook page, and report it. Along with the fake winner page too. If they get there facebook page removed, they lose all hope of advertising, since no forum will take there advertisements with such bad publicity!

Yes I have been promoting that action since yesterday, setting up a business to take peoples money is a crime when you are the recipient of the goods.

I can kinda prove its a scam.
Look at the bid history of the last auction and the bid times don't add up.

See at the last 15 sec it adds 15 sec for every new bid, so each time someone bids it adds 15 sec to the timer and so on, what I witness is that the time was stopped every time at 3 and 5 sec, the night before they were having "glitches" and had to stop the auction and redo it, I think because someone accidently won that wasn't them or their friend.

Nvrgonestop bid at xx.xx.26 seconds. So add on 15 sec would be 41 sec at xx.xx.40 secs there is activity off of 4 users, this would make the auction end at xx.xx.56 seconds. However apparently Nvrgonestop's last bid was at xx.xx.45 seconds and even if the timer was not reset that leaves 10 seconds to bid. As there were 4 interested bidders at that exact 5 second window it seems very very unlikely they would not bid unless (they couldn't)

Yeah shouldn't 15 seconds have to go uninterrupted at the end for the auction to end? Not 3-5?

the only leg that they might have to stand on (for the general public) is the shipping thing... iv noticed that thet keep saying things like "wait til the people recieve their snakes and that will be the proof that we are not scamers"
im pretty sure that all the general public that was around in the beginning when all of the lies was exposed realised that they were scammers and just cruzed,, but these people that are backing them now dont know everything. thats why the 3 posts that they allowed me to make:rolleyes: i said "google ballbids and then make a decision". all of the proof is there,, but its just getting the public to do a little research. i think that right now would be a good time to do something on youtube... i know that i saw that they had a youtube page, but when you went there it was empty. wouldent it be funny if people youtubed ballbids and all they got was a compulation of lies.

Most states only require Tax ID Numbers to pay your taxes, Licenses arent required for online sales.

I know states are trying to govern penny auctions as gambling where credit cards will be required to verify age
