Help. New Ball very weak

I am sorry for the loss of your BP, you took it to the vet, & did what you could. I too would take the vet bill, & the receipt of the bp being paid for at the place you got it. I would DEMAND a refund, and also report them.

Were you able to get your money back?? What about getting reimbursed for the vet bill expenses? How's that going?
