Its good to see you back Adam, read your blog and I can't imagine what you and your son have been through. I hope all goes well and he grows up to be a spitting image of his dad.

Wow Adam, I just finished reading your blog and I am trying to regain my composure. I can't imagine just how terrifying the entire experience was for you and your family. You and your entire family and everyone who loves Jason continue to be in Karl and my thoughts and prayers.

Just finished reading here as well... woh, you poor people. And that poor kid! All those needles... I'm really afraid of them as well so I know how he felt. It took the RN tricking me to be able to get my IV in when I had my daughter.

At any rate, I'm glad things turned out well for you and your family, Adam. Hope they stay great, and get better with time.

My son had surgery at age 3, and we loved that orange loopy stuff. Although he HATED the taste. It made the situation a lot easier for all of us. That's some good stuff. :gj:

I really don't know how you are able to form a coherent thought. My heart goes out to you and your family. I know Jason will be back to 100% in no time at all.

Wow, just wow. I am in tears reading from reading your blog Adam. Anyone who is a parent knows there is nothing worse or more scary in the world than when there is something wrong with your child and not knowing what it is at first is almost more than you can bear. My daughter had heart problems when born so I know from personal experience how all of this can affect you. I am sure you already know but everyone here at BP.net is behind you and your family 100%. Don't worry about us here, focus on what is truly important and know that your friends here as well as your customers understand.

Wow....I finished reading that earlier and I had tears in my eyes. I don't even have any kids and I was ticked off when I read that they tried to keep you out during the spinal tap. My heart goes out to you and your family. I'll be praying for you, and with all the strength Jason has coming from you and your family, he will be able to pull through with ease. Your an amazing person and a great dad, and I hope that I can give that much to my kids when I have some. ^_^

I just finished reading your blog, Adam, and can't even imagine what you have been through. I have young kids myself and always worry when the slightest thing happens to them or when they get sick. I was almost in tears myself reading what you wrote. I will continue to keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Good to have you back Adam. It sounds like your son is a trooper which means you also need to be a trooper by default ;) It's amazing how strong kids are and how much they can endure while still keeping a smile on their face. As a father of a two year old I know how much much we love our kids and at times that love can be overwhelming. It's beautiful but can be very scary if you let your mind wonder on you. That being said I really can't imagine what you and your family have been through but I am very excited to hear that Jason is on the up and up and having a good time at school with his buddies like a kid should be.

I am going to go pop open a nice trapest Belgian ale that have been saving for a speacial occasion and this seems as good a time as any ;) To you and yours!

I just finished reading the blog as well... Wow, what a thing to endure, for all of you! I've lit a candle for you and your family, and you're in our thoughts. It amazes me that you've felt the need to apologize for not being in touch! It's *beyond* understandable! Hang in there, and you know BP.net is rooting for you!:grouphug:
