Another thing dont go trying to probe your bp again keep away from attempting that until you have gained enough experience , seeing you only had it a week you shouldnt even be handling it. Listen to the advice you have been giving in these posts , if you want to know the sex of your bp then the best thing to do is get it feeding for a few months first then take your bp to a qualified herp vet or breeder thats knows what there doing :)

p.s i hope those probes you got off ebay were the right size and were sterilised beforehand

My advice to you is to be sure you fine reliable sources for your research. Go for successful big breeder sites, a lot of them have care sheets and FAQ's. Also, make sure the info is up to date, not a page written 10 years ago.
