MG Reptiles

Has anyone else had a hard time with their MGReptiles Orders lately? I placed my order for a tub/flexwatt setup on August 27th. When I originally had trouble getting a hold of Matt it was due to a change in my email address so fine blame is on me for that. When I did finally hear from him at my new email address on Sept 5th he said my package would ship that week and arrive in 2-3 days. Its now Sept 26th, I wrote him an email on the 21st and called him on the 25th. No response, meanwhile I'm stuck waiting for a tub to house my pastel thats on hold. I don't want to go through paypal because I want to give him the benefit of the doubt with him getting married an all. I just wish he would respond to my many attempts to reach him. I'm not looking to tarnish anyones reputation, but when is enough enough?

I am pretty sure he got married over the weekend, so he has probably not even recieved your email or message yet. I would give him a few days then try to get in touch with him again.

I've been waiting for a flexwatt and thermostat order too.

I knew that, just I've been trying to reach him since the 21st.

I am in and out fo the office but orders will still be goiong out until Thursday. I tell ya what, planning/getting married, moving, getting an autistic child in kindergarden and running a business all in one day is a full plate:)

I have also placed an order I was starting to worry a little myself. Now he has a wife to keep him in place so orders should be here tomorow I bet.

No fears.....Matt is shipping stuff out as he says ;).....My wife just informed me that I got my order in today as she was reading over my shoulder.....she just forgot to tell me when I got home :)

I've ordered twice from Matt and I'd do it again everything has been great.

hahahah, right on..lol.. I do beleive you have hit the nail on the head.. Here latley she has been more like you have to get fitted for this and do you like these colors, um yeah, whatever you like honey:) Now for the next 2 days I have to pratice watching people walking down the isle.. Oh and I am also making bows.ahh Anywho, your orders are extreamly important and will have the attention they need and deserve.. Wish me luck and if your in the area please come to the wedding and the reception, love to have you all as guests. It will be held at Racine First Baptist chruch in Racine WV.. Hey, free food:)
