We added a new fake vine and he really likes to use it as cover when he wanders in his cage. Humidity is at 50% since there is no shedding and temp is 80° ambient.

Hmm. Temperature sounds good. He may be afraid of the larger prey size.

Nothing. Provided his environment is right (temps, etc), he'll start eating when he's ready.
He's a good sized male. He can probably go a full year without eating if he wants.
It sounds like he just skipped one meal. Just try again next feeding and get used to skipped feedings. You're gonna have a lot of them over the years.
Males don't need to eat a lot. Try feeding him something smaller once every two weeks instead of weekly. Even then, males just don't eat sometimes, even when you think they should.

I know there's a lot of stuff that says feed your snake weekly, but if your snake's not interested, cut it back. Your snake will let you know what he wants as far as food. They don't all want to be stuffed every 7 days. Observe your snake, pay attention to his trends and start to respond with his feedings accordingly.
Nothing wrong with offering once every two weeks (or less if he's not interested even then) or giving him smaller food.

Well, we had every 2 weeks but he didn't eat at all. When we fed him in his cage we bumped to every 10 days because we were so happy to see him eat after a 4 month strike and now he's back to ignoring the rats ;) maybe every 2 weeks will work after all
