Re: Bad Parking Appreciation Thread
Good thread. I'll have to take some pics of my park jobs, I can't pull into parking spot without being slanted in some way.
I believe parking like this actually is legal(state and county regulations permitting I'm sure). That area of road looks like a cul de sac type or "recessed" housing/road whatever you wanna call it. In Bucks County, Pa I see this regularly without people getting infractions.

Ahhhh, this one ticks me off too!!! I used to live in San Francisco, where it was the norm to walk BLOCKS to your destination (due to lack of close parking). Then I moved to the suburban south bay, where people think walking two extra feet is like "ohmygod sooooo far; I'll just park at the curb instead." So friggin' lazy - or entitled - or both??
Here's one shot I snapped of this phenomenon... and note all the empty spots around them, plus there were a few more behind/beside me. Unless you're disabled and the handicap spaces are full, there is no excuse for this.

Haha those type of people annoy me. I always hope their cars will get hit bu someone, just to show them why that area isn't a parking spot.

I know, right? It's particularly annoying in this lot, since the turn out of that row is really tight. Oh, and notice the GIANT truck and (slightly smaller) SUV parked in those compact spots next to them? Also annoying, but less so than the curb parkers.
