what about psilocybin mushrooms?
what about LSD?
and also, what about those drugs you've mentioned?
before i continue about LSD and Mushrooms let me state that i DO NOT CONDONE doing crack cocaine, meth, pcp. but I DO allow it and completely accept and respect an individuals choice to partake. should we ban casinos because some people cannot handle themselves? should we punish the people who can handle themselves?. and have there own insightful and independent reasons for doing drug a, b, c, or d with complete control of the outcome and following days that dont lead to abuse or general destruction? NO is the short answer. if your doing heroine and your not taking the necessary pre-cautions to a generally more addictive substance then of course your setting yourself up for disaster, just like a guy jumping out of a plane without a parachute. but if he did pack that parachute and he did prepare for what can be expected and had a thorough education on the topic, id close my eyes and guarantee he succeeds.
many people can do heavy drugs without becoming addicted. whether or not its pure, imo, is actually a problem of the state and the country those states are in for not regulating it like it Should Be.
could say mushrooms is a poison like everyone else right? did you know that a handful of credible studies suggest mushrooms in low doses are a tremendous help to PTSD victims? and GAD
i dont mean to use him as a landmark achievement, but yes, steve jobs himself, said one of the most treasured times and experience(s) in his life was on LSD. hey wait a second! do you own a iphone? since your erasing the drug itself, or attempting to, why not erase the product of that drug? are you afraid of expanding your mind? literally i think so. or you have some type of mystical grudge from word to ear against drug users and honest people who dont get a chance to be honest.
olay, maybe i was a little aggressive, im 4-5 hours past my usual bedtime. but for the sake of my big ego im goingto stick by my argument and from my own experiences.
Wow, I hope this isn't the logic of all 20 year olds. Did you really make the connection of LSD being responsible for the success of Steve Jobs and Apple?
"Many people do heavy drugs without becoming addicted." There are so many feel good stories out there about how starting to use heroin really turned someone's life around! Lmao! I hope you wise up someday, and I hope you never need the service of a law enforcement officer in a dire time, he/she might off on a hit job when you need them most. I'm far from perfect and not the smartest guy in the world but man you need your keyboard taken away.

Weed may not be a narcotic to you but according to the law it is. Noarcotics division does investigate and bust pot dealers. And smelling weed in a front yard is different from smelling it in a house or car. The smell could be coming from anywhere. It does not give probable cause.

I won't take offense to the first comment and chalk it up to extreme ignorance highlighted by your next statements. Unfortunately there are no precautions you can take with heroin. There are countless shattered souls that once believed they would be the exception. Heroin will call your name louder than any loved one and with a little time, it will be the only thing you hear. I have met thousands of people that would love to tell you about their ruined lives...ALL thought they were somehow immune from the crap that destroyed them.

The fact is that if you want drugs to be legal, then you work to change the laws. What have YOU done to help change the laws? Just because you want to do something that is illegal doesn't make it right to do it.
If there's a law prohibiting shipping rattlesnakes in the USPS mail in a regular cardboard box, but you really don't think you should have to take precautions because JoeBob down the street did it and he didn't get bitten or caught... should you just do that and should it be okay for you to do that?
(here's a hint... no, it's not)
I'd bet that weed will be legal soon and I'm openly supportive of legalizing a lot of drugs. But it's illegal NOW. You don't go out and drive 80 mph on a road because you WANT them to raise the speed limit on it from 45mph to 80 mph. You lobby the area, show facts and figures why it would be a good idea to change the law.
And I like cops. In general MOST cops are decent human beings who do a thankless job trying to help the general public who treat them like dirt. Saying that all cops are hitmen running around murdering people because a few bad apples break the law is like saying that everyone who owns a reptile is a crazed madman releasing black mambas and cobras in neighborhoods because he thinks a ten gallon tank with a unsecured screenlid is a good cage.... because it's happened so it must be true for ALL reptile keepers.
And I'm calling all drugs you use for pleasure(which eliminates all drugs used for medical reasons) as "dope". If you were older, you'd remember that all drugs on the street were dope and be puzzled when people use the term "that's dope!" to mean "that's cool/awesome". Generations alter the meaning of words. To me all drugs are dope, and if I mean just weed, I'll say "Weed" or "Marijuana" specifically.
And I agree, there's no responsible manner to use heroin that I've EVER seen. It always seems to spiral into horrible chaos in the end.

i have no problem with them smoking weed or even selling it..if thats what they want to do with there life thats there problem..as long as it doesnt get out of hand...my problem is i cant spend time with my kids outside because the smell is so strong..and i know its them bcause my bf has had conversations with them about a car while they were doing it...no my boyfriend doesnt smoke..they actually called him from working on car to ask about what could be wrong with a friend of theirs car...dont get me wrong..i did it for a little while..like most teenagers do..but when i had my son at 18 i felt guilty and decided thats not what i wanted in my life anymore..i dont expose my kids to things like cigarette smoke..or alcohol..or any drugs..but he does know about them..and he knows the problems they can cause in life...and he knows that some people choose to live that kind of life....on a good note...the past two days have been awesome...my kids and i have been playing outside without the neighborhs contamination our air space...thanks everyone for your advice...im not going to call the cops yet..as long as it doesnt get worst...my bf has agreed to talk to them instead of me and ask them when we are outside if they could take it to the other side of the house instead of right next to ours
