It should. My wife looked like she was in a butt load of pain. It caused me great injury to my bank account. Lol.

I would call it injury with a happy ending!

I don't really have any of my own aside from a co upon broken toes and many self inflicted cuts, but my twin brother broke his femur when we were 4. He was playing with dad in the hall and had a twin size blanket in tow. He went to turn the corner and the blanket took his foot right out from under him. He had a cast from the foot of the leg that he broke, all the way up to his waist and down half of his other thigh. My mom still has the front half of it stowed away with other memories from our childhood.

You just wait, your bank account will suffer even more. Clothes, shoes, new snakes.... All things a growing girl must have. (Hard to say no when the child wants another snake!)

Should I have at some point in my life passed a bowling ball, you can be sure I would have listed it here, so I have to give a nod to childbirth :colbert2:

sometimes injuries can be cool. my daughter broke her arm a couple of weeks before starting school. when she started she did not know anyone but everyone wanted to know about the cool kid with a hot pink cast . Heck of a way to make friends though.

I have a bad back that'll spaz out at the worst times. Only hurts if I stay on my feet so I just hit the deck til it's over. Also have a recurring foot break I'll have to get checked out one day. I'll take a bad step and my right foot will go doublesize for a week - I do have a pretty cool cane I get to use though so that's not a total loss. And I'm pretty sure I got turned into a newt once, I got better.

Cracked my head open on the pavement from falling off a horse before I was two and a third degree burn on the inside of my leg before I was three. Don't remember those two, but my parents have told me about them. The worst one I remember was trying to slice my little toe in half with a sword.

My family (on my mom's side) has done a lot better though. My uncle tried to take his eye out by using a spring on the back of a trailer to throw rocks, that same uncle crushed his foot when he crashed his motorcycle and blamed it on my mom's horse, same uncle again tried to 'fly' off a roof when he was drunk (it was on his birthday, too, so they tilted his candles that year), my aunt was kicked in the head by a horse and they said if the horse had shoes on it would have killed her... I know there are more but I can't think of them...

The worst was when I broke my C7 vertebrae white water rafting, bouncing off the top of a 30 foot wave. I have a numb finger and often pain in my shoulder. I also when I was younger tore my knee apart stretched all the ligaments dislocated the joint and tore the meniscus. It always hurts now. I am not sure which is worst of the two both sucked a lot.

I can't imagine child birth!! I think (being a guy this is open to debate) the ends justify the means and that the result is worth the injury.
