Nope. I don't need to compare myself to others to feel better about myself. I am comfortable with who I am and what is important to me. My motives were honest. My reasoning for getting involved is clear by how I approached the subject.

Right, and the mistake was not only the box getting lost, the guarantee in the ad was live arrival whereas my guarantee is live arrival only when delivered on time. And I did not provide refunds just replacements. I had that in my correspondence (email to her with tracking number) however not in the ad and that was my mistake. But regardless I offered frogs despite she would not ship them back and I could not verify they were the same frogs. I do admit that I did not manage that issue well though as my ad was not properly formed. I think that was many years ago when I first posted ads. But since then, never an issue with a received snake and not another box lost or animal harmed in shipment thank goodness.

They Lied!

He's had several reptiles in the past that I really wanted, but because of all the bad experiences I've read about online I've chosen not buy. Same goes for Glades Herp Farm.

There does come a time when enough is enough and I think we've gone beyond.

Anyone reading this thread is free to make their own judgment call on whether or not they should do business with DTS Herps or Dan Scolaro.

Throughout this thread, he has jinked, jived and squirmed his way around every question. He's posted hundreds of times in this thread alone, without actually saying anything at all. He's used it as his personal entertainment for the weekend, because he apparently doesn't have enough real business to fill his time.

No one I know who sells "tens of thousands of animals" and has "hundreds of new customers every month" has even a fraction of this much free time to devote to internet games. Just one sad, delusional individual with nothing better to do.

If the administrators find a good reason to re-open this thread, we may do so...but don't count on it.
