LOL alright this is getting to a point where I no longer want anything to do with it. Sorry folks, but I'm finished. I made my points and I need to walk away with my integrity.

Dan, I really do wish you the best - I know this hasn't changed anything for you and that's quite unfortunate because there was a lesson here.

Everyone else, we can beat this topic to death but it's just going to go in circles until the thread gets locked. There's enough information here for people to develop an educated opinion on Mr. Scolaro and DTS, and that really was the purpose of this thread.

    Cheers.

Decensored: Walk away with integrity? Isn't the reason you came on was to knock me so you would feel better about yourself? That what 99 percent of the others did it for.

All I have to day on the matter is Google DTS Herps on Google then Google a couple other breeders/keepers that sell frequently. There are positive reviews for him... but they are far outweighed by the negative one. the first one I clicked on was where someone ordered 3 red eye frogs from him or something they were delayed in shipping and 2 of them died, he said because it was the shippers fault he wouldn't replace the animals unless the customer paid for them again, but only at his cost... I always thought a live animal guarantee meant replacement of any deceased animals as long as the seller is immediately informed. The issue is not how Dan handles the good transactions, it is how he handles the mistakes that are made. I know plenty of companies that make mistakes, but it's only the ones that do the Right thing about it that I return to do service. One of the first rules of service/sales is if a person has a good experience with a company they will tell 1-2 people, but if they have a bad experience they will tell 10+ people. It is how the business deals with the problems that determines whether people have a good or bad experience. I have had problems with a bad product that was handled in such a way that I gave an overall good rating to the company for handling properly. I'm rambling now so I had better just hit submit.
