i hope all went well today in his surgery

I hope everything went as well as it could have...

I beleive in prayer and for those of you who read the bible you will know where my user name comes from. You will definately be in my prayers and I hope all goes well for you my friend!!! Sorry things happened the way they did :(

Frankie, you were in my thoughts today. Here's to a speedy recovery and sucessful PT. Can't wait to see you out at the shows again.

Hey everyone this is Christy, Frankies wife, he is doing well. The surgery was very successful. The doctor came in and talked to me and said that Frankie made a wonderful decision. He said that the bones with all the infection in them crumbled when he amputated. He said that there would have been no way Frankie would have ever used that hand again. The decision to amputate was probably by far the hardest decision Frankie has ever had to make but he knew what was best for him and his future. He amputated about four inches above the wrist. I am sure all of you know that Frankie is a very strong person and it will not be long before you are seeing us at snake shows again. Thank you all of your prayers and support. It has meant alot to Frankie to see all of the encouragement that all of you have given him. He is resting good right now and it will not be long before he is back on here talking to everyone.
