As promised - Day 2 Dinner (we are so spoiled!)

Chicken enchiladas with mole sauce, sour cream, fresh guacamole with blue corn chips, and tomatillo-chipotle salsa. Beer - Negra Modelo.

    Critter Pic for the evening
EvilMorphGod is also a moth whisperer!

Luna Moth - sorry for the blurry picture, my camera objected to photographing outside in the dark.

Wow, that must be amazing getting to see all those snakes. I'm happy each day just seeing Zim. But to get to see so many awsome animals like that. You are so lucky. And those dinner pictures are making me oh so hungry.

That axanthic killer bee is driving me crazy. If I got to hold one of those babies, I would die happy. :D

    Day 3

Today Ms. Kara is up early preparing blueberry pancakes to please our palate! I think she's going to have to take a vacation herself after we leave, she's on the go constantly spoiling us rotten. :)

We're having a cook-out this evening with other BP.netter's who are here locally and we can't wait to meet everyone. Ms. Kim (AzureNight) came up yesterday and spent the night - she is a DOLL!!!

Probably not many critter pictures today, but with permission of folks I take pictures of today, we may post some pictures of this evening's fun. I hear we're going to have a nice bonfire as well! And burgers - but you know they aren't going to be "just" burgers. I imagine these will be burgers I'll remember for years to come! It's truly been a culinary delight.

Miss you guys (but not TOO terribly, as we are just a "wee" bit distracted from the site :P)!
