I'm not going to get into the big debate over which is "better" (I've done so countless times before in the past on countless other forums lol). My own personal preference is frozen/thawed. All of my snakes eat f/t readily, and I've never had a Ball, captive bred or imported that did not eventually swicth over to f/t rats.
