I've yet to speak with a FedEx employee that actually handles boxes that knew FedEx shipped live harmless reptiles until I told them. The program is over 2 years old. They don't even tell their employees that the program exists.

Thats interesting but not surprising from some of the threads i've seen. Kind of sad too if you ask me. Why do this but do it half-assed?
