It's very ironic that this thread shows up again today. I am in the middle of researching heat panels for the T10 I ordered last week. I've already received prices from Ali and then answers to some questions from Bob. I also checked prices and shipping from RBI. I'm just having a real hard time with the price difference, not only is PP 30% more on price but they also want more than twice the shipping. I tend to buy quality up to a point but a 40% price difference seems a bit much and the cost of shipping seems to really be another profit generator...

I have always used heat panels from RBI and have never had any issues. Love their product line and their customer service is awesome.

I have no experience with PP but have heard all good things about them also.

As others have said who use RBI they love what they have. I can say I love Pro Panel and thats all i'll go with. I had a situation with RBI and customer service when he sent me the wrong items. After that I stopped even buying hides from him. He acted as if i was a pain in his Butt so I asked for a refund and took my business to Amazon.
On another note Bob @ Pro Products sold me 2 Panels & i used 2 them for 6 months, when winter came and they werent what I expected, he sent me the next size up, charged me the $25 differance and had me send the used ones back. How could i go wrong? As far as a Bad experiance with him I received a panel that was not the dimensions I discussed with him on another occasion and I did not want to change the mounting holes in my enclosure... He then said "Keep the Panel & I'll send you the 15"x24" i just didnt have any made yet and didnt want to keep you waiting".... So my bad experiance turned into a great one. The only thing I'll say about RHP in general is whatever these business have told me Ive needed one size larger.. I think they base what output you need assuming you're running them at room temperature. I run Central Air at 64 all summer and my Homes programmable thermostat goes down to 60 at night during winter. A RHP designed to run at room temperature will not hold a 90 Hot Side at those low temps which means your cool side drops to 73/75 also. Someone got mad at the fact I was running larger RHP's and said the theory of bigger is better is not true.. Well I run 110 Watt in larger enclosures instead of the 88's and they are perfect. If they were to many watts id rather have to much and lower the power output on my herbstats that they not have enough to keep my enclosures at the Temp I need them. Thats my 2 cents if it helps you decide :)
