    Ok, so I tried this. I acquired four girls over the past week that had only ever had live. I wanted them to eat a couple of times before converting them to FT. Not one rat touched the kibble. Two didn't have time and the other two were oblivious to the food. It still sounds like a good idea to me though so i will try again next week for the last live feed before I attempt conversion.

    Just came across this post, haven't read most but it did(does?) seem like a good idea and next time i feed live I'll give it a try(I actually have rat food too, since I breed my own rats, so maybe that'd help instead dog kibble?) Especially since recently one of my snakes that only will eat live got injured(nothing major, thankfully), maybe this will help?
    When I try this, would anyone want to know how it went?
