    Hmmmm,

I'm sure I have weird habits, I just don't really give them much thought.

My mom has to microwave her ice cream before she eats it. When she in the hospital, which is all too often, and they bring one of those little cups, she eats it last when it's pretty much milk.

Oh, I thought of one. I cannot under any circumstances eat a sandwich without chips of some kind. Can't do it. Gags me out. I'll stoop to crackers if I have no chips, but if I don't have one or the other, I won't eat a sandwich. The exceptions are PB&J and PB & Bacon. Those I can eat alone. But lunch meat of any kind? Tuna salad? Anything like that I MUST have chips! I am also one of only two people I know who eat mashed potato sandwiches with corn chips on the sandwich, The other being my daughter. Other than that one, chips on the side at all times.

I don't mind if my food touches, but people who blend everything on their plate together before eating it gross me out. I still think KFC invented those nasty bowls just for people like that.

When I do a buffet, I do veggies first, return trip for meats, return trip for favorites {mixed plate} and return for dessert last. My son is dessert first.

Your sandwich choices are a little disturbing. Mashed potato and corn chips?

I've never had cheese whiz before. Sounds putrid.

Whiz is good for 2 things: Nachos and Philly-style cheese steaks. mmm, whiz wit.

Otherwise real cheese is the the way to go for most applications. :)

Yes, mashed potato and corn chip sandwiches.

Freshly made mashed potatoes, allowed to cool to lukewarm. Spread thickly on split top wheat bread, topped with a handful of evenly distributed Frito's corn chips and the other slice of bread. It's very good.

Peanut butter and bacon is my second favorite. Toast your bread, while still very hot spread with peanut butter and add crispy bacon. The melted peanut butter oozes out onto your fingers and plate, so you are permitted to lick your fingers. And only a fool would not scoop up the melted peanut butter from the plate. It's warm, creamy, crunchy, salty and oooh so good!

I like to separate some food items into their component parts. Kit kats must have all of the chocolate nibbled off, and then each layer of wafer popped off and consumed one by one.

I love raw sugar snap peas, but I have to pop all of the peas out and arrange them in groups by size (anywhere from 3-5 little piles), eat the pods, then eat the peas from smallest to largest, preferably in even numbered pairs. It takes me a long time to eat peas .

M&M's from least favorite color to most, blue goes last after red, and again even numbers are preferred for symmetry.

I'm obsessed with texture. Definitely a chip and salsa kind of person. That's why it takes me thirty minutes to make a sandwich and five to eat it, LOL...
