Yes its the tiny red line. I apologize for the quality. Its a mobile phone that I'm doing everything on. On another note, I've been told its scarring from a burn. He does not have an under the tank heat pad anymore, I refuse to use it until I have something to regulate its temperature. I was hoping his scar would be gone with his shed.

While I do not believe his tree is sharp, I have replaced it with a zilla staircase type platform the doubles as a hide in the corner of his tank. This will serve as his basking area

It's unlikely the scar will ever go away completely. Shedding will help it to diminish in appearance, but it will always be there. It's possible when he shed it didn't come completely away from the scar and pulled at a scale and that scale came away and caused some bleeding.

BPs tend to only soak when they have mites or are too warm, so don't worry about the not soaking. You do need to get the humidity up when you notice an impending shed, but with the burn scarring, he will probably shed in pieces and have trouble until it's healed more. You do need a hot spot on the floor, BPs aren't arboreal so he won't seek out the elevated hot spot like he should. I know you may worry about a heat pad after the burns, but if you use one on a thermostat or at least a rheostat (dimmer), he won't get burned.
