Awesome! I love ponds :) Would you mind posting what the whole setup ran you?

The liner was only $75 at lowes. I want a bigger one now that I've thought about it. Flagstone was about $150 and the river rock was around $75. Filter and pump another $100.
Thank you! We were thinking about digging one free form and using the flexible sheet liner. We've got two monster pacu we need to do something with :/

That's what I want to do when I upgrade. The large grey rock was given to me by a friend. It's made of concrete and weighs about 500 pounds.

Holy smokes! That's one big rock lol. It's pretty sweet though. I'd like to have some type of water fountain-type feature.

Sweet! I would love to put something like that in our backyard. Sadly, we have tons of raccoons. I'm not optimistic about the fish surviving at our house.

I have seen some that incorporate a black wire mesh that you lay under the flagstone that will protect from predators. If I see a stray cat I just pop it in the buttox with my red rider carbine action 200 shot range model air rifle.

How did that go? "Hey, Do you happen to have a use for a 500 pound boulder?"

Haha, I had to tear it out of his mother back yard when I was a grunt worker and we moved it into the alley. Just happened to be talking to him about my plans and he said I could have it if I could get it out is the alley. I still have to rig a waterfall from the rock though. I'm thinking PVC pipe with holes drilled in it.
