One thing that's really different for me is that people automatically assume you're a guy on this forum. I'm used to horse and fish forums where most of the people seem to be female, so that's the assumption made.

I'm a female. I don't have any good shots of me and Allure together though. Going to have to work on that.

Funny, I'm used to firearm forums where it's assumed everyone is a guy. You can't imagine the leg-humping that commences when the guys find out you're a gal.

Yes my fellow man is pathetic. Same thing at bars watching guys stumble over themselves to buy a girl a drink. I just sit back and laugh.

    Funny story...
When my husband and I owned a bar, we were sitting by the electronic games. Some guy across the bar kept looking at me (he couldn't see my husband from where he sat) and then eventually worked up the courage to come over and insist on buying me a drink. I said thank you, I appreciate that. (I tried to tell him no 2-3x) Then I introduced my husband and mentioned we were the owners. His face got bright red, he bought my husband a beer and then verbally stumbled to quickly respond "OH, oh yea I knew that. I uh...just wanted to get...you both a drink..for uh...running such an awesome bar..." He quickly scampered off after our thank yous, and his friends had a hearty laugh shortly thereafter. Silly boys :P
