Heck, my numbers are a lot different from just three months ago. I think I'm up to around 72 now with my new pickups and hold backs.

I just have one. I really don't spend much time cleaning. I just spot clean as needed.

I have over 30 snakes and love them all. I breed my own rats for BP, and kings and hogs eat ft mice. Takes a couple hours once a week to clean

I finally broke the 10 snake barrier two weeks ago. I'm not at 12 and will soon go to 14. Currently I have 2.6 ball pythons and 2.2 hognose. I've got another 0.2 BPs on hold. I should probably slow down, but I soooooo don't want to.. lol..

This might sound pathetic, but I don't actually know how many snakes I have at any given time unless I take an inventory. With breeding and selling any number of snakes, you kind of lose track. I'm pretty sure it's less than 100 at this point in time. It is pretty managebale, although I feel like I am constantly selling off snakes I love just to keep things manageable. I also breed feeders, and they are a lot more work than the the snakes. Thank goodness most of my ball pythons have switched to frozen / thawed now!

Since our most recent adventure at the Myrtle Beach ICE expo, we are up to thirteen ball pythons and two Kenyan sand boas. We do not do any breeding yet, but will probably start next season. Our animals are all pets, with individual names and personalities. I don't foresee that changing as our numbers go up.

Snake keeping has become a family hobby and we all pitch in with cleaning, feeding, watering and handling. Overall I would say that we may spend about 3 to 5 hours on care and up keep, and that may be extremely overestimating. The time usually doesn't factor in because we enjoy what we do.

Currently we feed f/t with the exception of a few picky feeders. We have considered starting a breeder colony, but I would rather wean my problem children over than convert our entire collection. It is just cheaper and more convenient for us. Many would argue the opposite, but I think it really boils down to personal opinion and situations.
