Guns, Firearms, Boomsticks, etc.

You guys are reminding me I need to buy a new gun and soon. My 13 year old neice wants to deer hunt for the first time this year and I told her dad if he would let her use his .243 I would give him my 30-06.

I did this just so I could justify buying me a new deer rifle, yes I will give away a gun to justify buying another one. I am really looking at the 300 WSM because there is always a chance of a future elk or moose hunt. I know the Browning is a good rifle but I have been reading a lot of good things about the Tikka. I like the price tag on the Tikka a lot better and I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them?

I don't have any of the tactical guns, I just never got into them, but if that is what you like go for it because I will fight for your right to have them.

I do believe in self preservation I have a Ruger LCR for my CCW carry gun, a Smith and Wesson .40 that lives in my truck, and a 12 gauge double barrel Stoger coach gun that lives in my bedroom.
